CT Ultramax ("Extension", "we", "us") is a Chrome browser extension providing automated risk analysis for eBay listings. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and protected, and your rights as a user.
By installing and using the Extension, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the data necessary to deliver the analysis service. We do not collect browsing history outside of eBay listing pages.

Listing URL, title, price, and image references are sent to our backend server to generate a risk decision and deal score. This is the core function of the Extension.
Your email is used to identify your account, track your daily analysis quota (20 free / unlimited Pro), and link you to your analysis history.
Analysis results are saved to a registry indexed by a unique Verdict ID (format: CT-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX). This allows sharing a public report link with your team before a purchase decision.
If you add a listing to your watchlist, the listing URL and item ID are stored to allow periodic price monitoring and browser notifications.
Aggregated, anonymized analysis data (not linked to your email) may be used to improve detection accuracy. No individual data is shared for this purpose.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We share data only with:

The Extension does not access your browsing history, other tabs, passwords, clipboard (unless you click Share), or any other personal information.
CT Ultramax is designed for industrial buyers and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately for deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
